kung feeling nyo nag sasawa na sa  inyo partner nyo,imbis na mag isip kayo ng mag isip ipakita nyo nalang kung gaano nyo sya kamahal yan ang pinaka mabisang paraan para maagapan ang sawa para  kung magsawa man sila eh sa pag mamahal nyo naman .

   

    pag mahal mo ang isang tao, imposibleng hindi tayo mag selos. kahit sa mga tama o natural na bagay na ginagawa ng mahal natin,or sa dati na nila ginagawa at nakakasamang tao(close friend lalo na pag oposite sex,) nung wala pa tayo sa buhay nila,,minsan ayaw mo na maramdaman yun dahil parang ang weird, pero pag mahal mo ang isang tao and you scared of losing her/him mararamdaman at mararamdaman mo ang selos...

    for me ... selos is healthy without anger...and dapat maging vocal tayo sa nararamdaman natin,kailangan natin sabihin sa partner natin kung anuman ang pinagseselosan natin kahit na sobrang weird na ng selos nayan we have  to tell it...para mapag usapan at magawan ng paraan....
